Patagonia Films presents a feature documentary about the inhabitants of Newtok, Alaska, a village that is forced to urgently relocate due to climate change. Frontline communities like Newtok join the global wave of climate refugees that continues to increase as the climate crisis impacts more parts of the world. All proceeds will be going to our incredible local partner, The Amah Mutsun Land Trust (AMLT). Your ticket purchase will support the AMLT to continue to restore the lands and habitat of our four-legged, finned, winged and plant kin; protect the local Amah Mutsun and Awsawas sacred sites; and help to fulfill our obligation to Creator to watch over Mother Earth and all living things. About the film makers: Film-makers Michael Kirby Smith & Andrew Burton are documentary filmmakers and photojournalists who have covered conflict, protest, natural disasters and presidential campaigns for outlets including The New York Times, The New Yorker, National Geographic, The Washington Post, TIME and Getty Images.
